The Junior Sous Chef leads and coordinates kitchen activities while preparing high-quality food to create memorable guest experiences. This role ensures food quality, kitchen maintenance, and operational standards are consistently maintained to keep the kitchen running smoothly. As a key member of the culinary leadership team, the position provides effective leadership and ensures continuity of operations in the absence of the Head Chef.
