Junior Sous Chef

Smiths of Smithfield is seeking an ambitious Junior Sous Chef to join the senior kitchen team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of the 2AA rosette Grill kitchen. This hands-on leadership position involves working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to lead the team through busy services, maintain high food standards, and ensure efficient kitchen operations. The role offers excellent experience in high-volume service, team leadership, stock control, and menu execution within a large, diverse Central London hospitality operation.
