Key Accountabilities

This role provides strategic vision and tactical direction while leading employees and representing the organization in promoting and selling products and services. The position is responsible for assessing customer needs, suggesting appropriate solutions to farmers, and building customer relationships to generate future sales and repeat business. The incumbent will establish sales goals, evaluate product and brand profit and loss, and supervise groups to meet volume and profit targets.
