Key Carrier

The Key Carrier role serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator position, acting as a leader who maintains all aspects of the store and alternates between Coordinator duties and Key Carrier responsibilities based on store needs. This position requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and focuses on modeling exceptional customer service while ensuring operational procedures and safety standards are met. The role involves coaching associates, managing store coverage, and supporting management in training and shrink reduction initiatives.
