Kitchen Intern

The Kitchen Intern supports the culinary team at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta, in delivering exceptional dining experiences by assisting with food preparation, hygiene, and presentation. This role ensures that all culinary operations meet the highest standards of quality and creativity while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The intern works closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to support daily operations and special events.
