The Kitchen & Laundry Technician is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen and laundry equipment to ensure minimal operational downtime. This role involves diagnosing electrical, gas, and mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and monitoring steam pressure and temperature systems. The technician collaborates with the Executive Chef and Housekeeping Manager while adhering to hotel safety and fire prevention policies.
