Kitchen Lead

The Kitchen Lead oversees day-to-day kitchen operations at Cinnabon @ BlueWater, ensuring food is prepared to standard, served safely, and presented consistently. This role supports a culture of quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and guest satisfaction while maintaining efficient labor use and minimizing waste. The position involves leading kitchen staff, managing food quality and waste control, and ensuring safety and cleanliness standards are met. The Kitchen Lead also assists with training new staff and provides real-time coaching to reinforce company standards.
