Kitchen Manager

The Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house and kitchen operations at Stovepipe Wells in Death Valley National Park, ensuring efficient food service execution and adherence to company standards. This role involves leading, training, and coaching kitchen staff while actively participating in food preparation, cooking, and daily kitchen duties. The position requires close collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager to maintain food quality, manage costs, and ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
