Kitchen Utility (KU) Lead

The Kitchen Utility (KU) Lead assists the Executive Steward and Supervisors in coordinating work assignments, coaching team members, and ensuring kitchen sanitation standards are met. This role involves performing kitchen utility duties, such as cleaning dishes and equipment, while providing support to chefs and cooks to maintain an orderly kitchen environment. The position requires occasional leadership of shift teams and adherence to health regulations and departmental policies.
