Somewhere
The Knowledge Base Developer will take end-to-end ownership of building, structuring, and maintaining the company's customer-facing Help Center, bridging the gap between technical feature updates and clear, user-friendly customer education. This role involves auditing existing support content, creating step-by-step help articles and troubleshooting guides, and producing visual documentation and instructional videos. The position follows a two-phase structure, starting with a full-time ramp-up period to build out the knowledge base, followed by ongoing part-time maintenance as new features are released.
Somewhere (formerly Support Shepherd) is a global recruiting firm that sources, vets, and places top remote talent for 80% less than U.S. equivalents, backed by a 6-month Perfect Hire Guarantee. The company offers services including Direct Hire, Talent on Demand, Executive Search, and Employer of Record (EOR) solutions, helping businesses hire across 18+ countries in roles spanning sales, engineering, finance, customer support, and more. With over 5,000 companies served and 11,000 candidates placed, Somewhere enables businesses to build cost-effective, high-quality global teams.
