About this role

As the KYC Operations Team Lead at Teya, you will oversee a team responsible for customer due diligence (CDD) and periodic reviews, ensuring compliance with AML regulations while managing KYC/KYB checks, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media alerts. This hands-on leadership role involves mentoring analysts, reviewing cases, monitoring progress against SLAs and KPIs, and driving operational excellence through process improvements and effective communication with cross-functional teams. You will also prepare Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports and serve as the primary liaison for your squad within the organization.
