About this role
The L1 Technical Support Engineer - Switching is an entry-level TAC role within Aruba (an HPE company) providing first-line technical support for Aruba enterprise switching solutions. The position focuses on initial case intake, accurate problem identification, SLA adherence, and escalation to higher-level TAC teams as needed. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of working on average two days per week from an HPE office.
