The Technical Lead will provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for a portfolio of commercial off‑the‑shelf engineering applications, primarily MATLAB, IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management and Creo Parametric, within aerospace and defense environments. The role involves incident resolution, root‑cause analysis, application administration, and coordination with vendors and stakeholders to ensure service reliability and continuous improvement.
