About this role

The Senior CAD Drafter (Level IV) leads the development, maintenance, and release of complex engineering product definition data using PTC Creo Parametric and Windchill PLM. This role operates with minimal oversight, mentors other drafters, and drives strategic initiatives for ground support equipment supporting New Glenn launch operations and related facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead development of enterprise‑level CAD assemblies and product structures
Define and implement Model‑Based Definition strategy and standards
Mentor and guide junior drafters while reviewing their work
Author and manage engineering change requests and change notices in Windchill
Champion AI‑assisted design tools and generative design workflows
