About this role
The Label Quality Specialist on the Moderation team within Trust and Safety leads the measurement program for label quality across human and automated moderation workflows. This role reports to the Senior Director of Moderation and partners with Product Policy, Engineering, Data Science, and Operations to ensure accurate ground truth datasets and consistent policy implementation. The position contributes to protecting the Roblox community by informing and improving moderation systems and processes.
