Labor Relations Coordinator

The Labor Relations Coordinator provides confidential administrative and operational support to the Office of Labor Relations under the Director of Labor Relations. This role involves scheduling grievance hearings, arbitrations, union negotiations, and other engagements, while responding to inquiries from management, employees, and union representatives. The position also supports contract negotiations, policy development, and the administration of staff union contracts.
