Labor Relations Specialist

This role leads and executes labor relations processes in partnership with CSX Transportation leaders, internal stakeholders, and labor organizations. The position serves as a management advocate in arbitration proceedings and develops persuasive positions in disputes involving collective bargaining agreements. The specialist anticipates business needs, identifies risks, and provides strategic recommendations to management and labor representatives.
