Laboratory Assistant

This role involves collecting venous and capillary blood from inpatients and outpatients, both on-site and off-site, and processing specimens for reference labs. The position requires cleaning and stocking pick-up carts and trays, ordering lab tests in the computer system, and receiving laboratory specimens. The ideal candidate will demonstrate specific specimen collection and processing skills in accordance with the laboratory assistant manual.
