Laboratory Manager

This onsite role oversees day-to-day analytical testing activities, including release testing for marketed drug products and method development, while managing team compliance and performance. The position involves leading laboratory facility setup, driving continuous improvement in safety and cGMP standards, and collaborating with plant management and customers. As an early member of a new West site in Indiana, the role requires building operations from the ground up in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
