Laboratory Manager

This onsite role oversees day-to-day analytical testing activities, including release testing for marketed drug products and method development, while managing team compliance and performance. The position involves leading laboratory facility setup, driving continuous improvement in safety and cGMP standards, and collaborating with plant management and customers to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will manage resources, lead audits, and support the ramp-up of a new manufacturing facility in Indiana.
