Laboratory Technician

This role involves performing waived, moderate, or highly complex laboratory tests across various disciplines such as Hematology, Chemistry, and Microbiology while adhering to strict quality control and safety protocols. The position requires independent judgment in processing patient samples, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the accuracy of test results for patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics. The selected candidate will collaborate with the laboratory team to support departmental policies and may assume lead responsibilities during supervisor absences.
