Laboratory Technologist

This role involves performing a variety of laboratory tests and reporting data for patient diagnosis and treatment across major areas such as Hematology, Chemistry, and Blood Bank. The position requires operating and maintaining laboratory instrumentation, ensuring proper working order of equipment, and processing specimens according to established policies. The technologist works autonomously to troubleshoot testing discrepancies and provides guidance to lower-level staff while maintaining accurate inventory and quality control.
