Land Development Manager

The Land Development Manager at Lennar oversees the Division’s land development program to deliver ready-to-build home sites, coordinating roadway, utilities, earthwork, landscaping, and public utility work. The role manages projects from permitting through construction, plat recording, final certification and community turnover while collaborating with construction, engineering and jurisdictional stakeholders. It requires regular in-person attendance at job sites and offices and responsibility for budget reconciliation, compliance, and contractor oversight.
