The Principal Automation Engineer – Computer System Validation supports the design and delivery of process automation systems, including requirements, verification plans, and validation strategies for computer system validation. This role collaborates with Quality, engineering teams, and external partners to develop qualification and testing strategies for automation platforms. The position also involves mentoring, leading contingent workforce teams, and supporting GMP manufacturing operations post-project delivery.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver process automation systems including requirements and validation plans
Develop computer system validation plans for DCS, PLC, and Building Management Systems
Lead contingent workforce to support computer system validation project delivery workstreams
