About this role

The LATAM Quality Senior Manager leads and oversees quality assurance programs, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement activities across Latin America's manufacturing, laboratory, and distribution sites. This role ensures regional operations meet global quality standards, customer expectations, and applicable regulatory requirements while driving a culture of operational excellence. Reporting to the VP of Global Quality, the manager provides regional oversight for all Quality teams and site leaders across Brazil, Mexico, and other countries.

Responsibilities

Lead regional quality assurance programs and compliance initiatives across LATAM sites.
Ensure alignment of regional practices with global quality standards and objectives.
Serve as primary accountability for major quality events and regulatory interactions.
Drive continuous improvement methodologies including Lean and Six Sigma.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to regional quality teams and site leaders.

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Animal Science, or Food Science10+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance or regulatory compliance5+ years of leadership or people management experienceKnowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 17025, and GMPsASQ certification or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
