Lateral Officer

This lateral entry position involves independently performing sworn law enforcement duties to prevent crime, protect life and property, and enforce laws within the City of Upland. The role requires conducting patrols, responding to emergency calls, performing investigations, and providing community assistance while maintaining a high visibility presence. Officers are responsible for traffic control, evidence preservation, and testifying in court as part of their daily operations.
