Lateral Partner Integration Director

The Lateral Partner Integration Director will build and manage the day-to-day execution of the firm’s centralized lateral partner integration program, reporting to the Chief Integration Officer. This role translates integration strategy into high-quality execution by owning individual partner roadmaps, coordinating cross-functional teams, and serving as a primary point of contact throughout the integration lifecycle. The position ensures a seamless, personalized onboarding process that accelerates productivity, strengthens internal connectivity, and supports long-term retention.
