Launch Coach

A Launch Coach at Multiverse is responsible for guiding apprentices through the critical first 60 days of their upskilling program, ensuring they are set up for success in applying their acquired tech and AI skills in the workplace. This role involves collaborating with implementation teams to understand learner and client goals, facilitating launch meetings, and monitoring apprentice progress to identify at-risk learners. The Launch Coach creates an engaging learning environment, conducts data-driven assessments, and works closely with client managers to ensure a high-quality experience while addressing potential withdrawal risks.
