Launch Manager

The Launch Manager serves as the central point of communication between the plant and the SDT Team, coordinating across all departments to ensure successful product launches. This role involves developing detailed launch plans, managing manufacturing readiness reports, and leading the resolution of process and product issues. The position requires driving the implementation of quality objectives, process controls, and training plans to meet customer and operational standards.
