About this role
The Lead Analysis & Simulation Engineer will establish and grow an Analysis & Simulation program to support R&D and new product development for power distribution equipment. The role leads a team to define and implement simulation methods and tools, ensuring models and analyses validate and drive innovation in product designs. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results with testing and design workflows to improve product performance and reliability.
