Lead Autonomous Production Unit

The Lead Autonomous Production Unit role is responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a production unit to deliver the production plan safely, with required food safety and quality, at optimum cost and service. The position involves building a capable and engaged organization, improving equipment and process performance, and ensuring operational readiness in line with the site Operations strategy. This role requires strong leadership in multi-shift operations, workforce development, and continuous improvement within a regulated food manufacturing environment.
