Lead BecomingONE Connector

The Lead BecomingONE Connector works with couples, faith-based leaders, and community partners to strengthen healthy relationships and marriages while promoting family stability through a two-generation poverty-reduction strategy. This non-supervisory lead role manages a caseload of couples from enrollment through follow-up, facilitates evidence-based curricula, and provides peer support and program delivery coordination within the team. The position serves as a practice resource and lead facilitator, ensuring high-quality service delivery and data accuracy for the Becoming ONE program.
