Lead Behavior Technician

The Lead Behavior Technician implements behavioral reduction and treatment plans for patients with autism or other behavioral-based developmental disorders at the Pathways Strategic Teaching Center. This role involves ensuring adherence to established protocols, collecting data, and supporting student IEPs while maintaining a positive and proactive learning environment. The position requires direct interaction with students, including managing challenging behaviors and coordinating classroom activities.
