Lead Behavior Technician

The Lead Behavior Technician implements behavioral reduction and treatment plans for patients with autism or other behavioral-based developmental disorders at the Pathways Strategic Teaching Center. This role involves ensuring adherence to established protocols, collecting data, and supporting student IEPs while coordinating classroom activities and maintaining safety standards. The position requires direct interaction with students and may involve transportation to inclusive educational settings.
