Lead Cook

This role involves leading staff in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a high-volume commercial kitchen while ensuring food safety, sanitation, and operational efficiency. The incumbent assists with production planning, recipe execution, inventory management, and the training of current and new kitchen personnel. As a Lead Cook, the position requires collaboration with other kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver quality food service in the University Housing and Dining department.
