Lead Design Technologist, Design Systems - Remote

The Lead Design Technologist, Design Systems is a senior individual contributor responsible for building and evolving the technical foundation for consistent, high-quality digital and AI experiences across CSAA. This role translates UX standards and system designs into scalable, reusable technical assets, connecting design intent with technical implementation to ensure solutions are reusable across applications and AI experiences. The position involves partnering with UX, Engineering, and Architecture teams to define technical structures, extend design systems to AI capabilities, and drive adoption and self-sufficiency across the organization.
