COMHAR
COMHAR is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Lead Direct Support Professional to provide direct services and residential support to individuals with intellectual, developmental, and/or behavioral health needs. This role assists the Site Manager in daily operations while promoting each consumer's dignity, privacy, and independence through assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement. The position requires maintaining confidentiality, ensuring safety, and participating in team meetings and training activities.
