About this role

Parsley Health is seeking a Lead Engineer to head a small, high-leverage engineering team while remaining deeply hands‑on in code development. The role combines player‑coach responsibilities, spending the majority of time designing and shipping backend services, full‑stack features, and infrastructure improvements, and managing one full‑time engineer along with coordinating contractors. The position reports to the CTO and is remote by default, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Central time zones, especially the NYC area.
