The Enterprise Architecture (EA) Lead - Operations defines and evolves the enterprise architecture supporting real-time grid operations, market operations, and reliability for ERCOT. The role ensures alignment between business strategy, operational processes, and technology to enable secure, reliable, compliant, and resilient power system operations. It partners with operations, IT, cybersecurity, planning, and regulatory teams to guide architectural decisions and modernization efforts.
