Lead Estimator / Preconstruction Manager – Multifamily Construction

RISE Residential is seeking a Lead Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to serve as the central cost authority within a vertically integrated owner/developer/GC platform. This role involves owning cost across the full project lifecycle, from conceptual underwriting and design phase management to procurement and post-award accountability.
