The Lead Field Technician will install and commission building automation systems, direct subcontractors and installation teams, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project delivery. This role provides technical leadership, troubleshooting, and reporting for BAS/HVAC control projects in industrial, commercial, and mission‑critical environments.
