Amentum Space Exploration Division
The Lead HR Business Partner serves as the primary Human Resources partner for a workforce of 300 employees supporting engineering, operations, maintenance, construction, and facility services at NASA's Johnson Space Center. This role provides strategic and hands-on HR leadership, partnering with contract leadership, management, employees, and union representatives to drive employee engagement, support labor relations, and ensure compliance. The position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR operations.
