Lead, Information Security Library & Standards

The Lead, Information Security Library & Standards builds and governs Prudential's Information Security control library and standards to strengthen governance and improve visibility into security risk. This role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to establish scalable control frameworks, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive the adoption of security policies across the enterprise. The position supports audit readiness and continuous improvement of governance processes to maintain a consistent and practical security program.
