About this role
The Lead Materials Engineer will build and lead Radiant’s materials engineering organization to develop, test, and qualify materials and manufacturing processes for the Kaleidos 1MW portable nuclear microreactor. This role contributes to establishing in-house labs, equipment, and data systems while enabling future reactor designs and builds. The position requires working closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support safe, factory-built microreactor development.
