About this role

The Lead Product Manager owns the utility-facing integration surface for EnergyHub, connecting and integrating with utility operational systems like CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS. This role focuses on building a robust set of outward connectors and an ecosystem of software vendors to drive automation, revenue growth, and client retention. The position serves as the technical face of EnergyHub within utility control rooms and IT departments, ensuring long-term value and trust with client technical teams.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap for utility system integrations across CIS, ADMS, and Grid DERMS
Extend internal APIs outward into a polished, cohesive, and highly performant public API surface
Drive enrollment automation logic to seamlessly onboard customers and their DER assets into program eligibility
