The Lead Program – EHS is a two‑year rotational development program at Wabtec that provides recent graduates with four six‑month rotations across health & safety, environmental, supervisory, and site EHS team leadership roles. Participants gain experience in regulatory compliance, audit, incident investigation, continuous improvement, and leadership while receiving technical training and exposure to senior leadership.
