Lead Recruiter / Principal

Nelo is seeking a Lead/Principal Recruiter to build and own the full-cycle recruiting function for this profitable, scaling fintech company. This senior individual contributor role involves full ownership of the hiring process across all departments, including engineering, data, product, and business functions, with a mandate to reduce agency reliance and establish repeatable internal sourcing capabilities. The successful candidate will partner directly with founders and executives to define role scopes, drive candidate closing, and expand Nelo's employer brand within the New York and Latin American talent markets.
