The Lead Systems Administrator serves as the technical lead for the enterprise Microsoft 365 Messaging platform, Exchange Online, and email security services. This role oversees the architecture, administration, governance, and operational excellence of the organization's messaging infrastructure with a focus on high availability and security. The position involves leading the design and implementation of email security solutions, managing complex mail flows, and providing technical leadership to infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

Lead administration and engineering of Microsoft Exchange Online and hybrid mail environments
Design and maintain enterprise email security solutions using Proofpoint technologies
Manage email authentication technologies including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Automate administrative functions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to infrastructure engineers and support teams
