About this role

As a Lead Product Researcher at Target's Emerging Experiences team, you will drive future-forward guest experiences by leading research that informs long-term vision, concept incubation, and emerging product opportunities. You will serve as a research leader throughout the development lifecycle, shaping strategy, facilitating synthesis, and activating insights to influence cross-functional decision-making for Target's digital and physical touchpoints. This role focuses on evaluating adaptive, AI-enabled interactions and building relationships to enable future-state innovation across product, design, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
