About this role

This is a two-year Rotational Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) for the Electrical Discipline at RTX. Participants will complete three 8-month assignments across various locations to gain hands-on engineering experience in design, prototyping, and test environments under high-caliber mentoring. The role prepares technical leaders with broad business acumen and deep electrical systems expertise across the company's aerospace and defense sectors.

Responsibilities

Complete three rotational assignments across various engineering teams
Execute engineering milestones in electrical systems and prototyping
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize architectural system integration
Present technical reviews and engineering updates to leadership
Utilize electronic test equipment for circuit characterization and debugging

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical EngineeringActive U.S. government secret security clearance (Preferred)
